Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select
Market:PGC) and PGB Trust & Investments announce the opening of a
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania regional trust office.
PGB Trust & Investments, the financial services division of
Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation and Peapack-Gladstone Bank, is
one of the largest New Jersey-based asset managers with assets of nearly
$2.0 billion currently under administration. With its headquarters in
Gladstone, New Jersey and regional offices in Morristown, Clinton and
Summit, New Jersey, PGB Trust & Investments is known for its integrity,

tax services. The fourth regional office is expected to open in
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania at One Bethlehem Plaza in the coming weeks.

Jane A. Kapinas, a resident of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, has joined PGB
Trust & Investments and will work from this location as vice president
and trust officer, specializing in trust administration. Ms. Kapinas
brings 30 years of experience to the trust division, having served most
recently as senior trust officer at the Bethlehem office of US Trust
Bank of America Private Wealth Management. She will be joined by
Benjamin M. Tenaglia, III, also a Bethlehem resident, who joins PGB
Trust & Investments as vice president and portfolio manager. Mr.
Tenaglia brings more than 30 years of investment experience to the trust
division, having held similar positions at both US Trust Bank of America
Private Wealth Management and Janney Montgomery Scott, in Bethlehem.
Rounding out the team will be George P. Kurtz, Jr., CTFA, vice president
and trust officer. Mr. Kurtz joined the trust division in June of 2008.
He too is a Bethlehem resident and a graduate of Moravian College. He is
responsible for developing trusts, investment management and private
banking services in Hunterdon County, NJ and Eastern, Pennsylvania.
